020305. Guest Data (Check-in)
In the context of providing accommodation services, once the accommodation is carried out, HOTEL FAMILIA CONDE must collect the data of the persons who will be staying. These data will be incorporated into our processing system to formalize the reservation and comply with the legal obligations arising from the accommodation.
The legal basis for the processing will be the contractual relationship with HOTEL FAMILIA CONDE, as well as compliance with the legal obligations arising from Organic Law 4/2015, on the protection of citizen security, and Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations of individuals or legal entities engaged in accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities.
The data collected are those indicated in Annex I of the aforementioned Royal Decree 933/2021; and will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from that purpose and the processing of the data. At a minimum, the data will be retained properly blocked for a period of 3 years from the end of the contracted service, as established by the aforementioned decree.
020306. Work with Us
In the event that you provide us with your Curriculum Vitae, whether through the Website, by email, or physically at the addr ess or any office of HOTEL FAMILIA CONDE, it will be incorporated into our processing system. The curriculum will be stored for a maximum period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted. The legal basis for the processing will be the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject in the event that a selection process has been opened.
